1. Introduction

Welcome to Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, training programs, online courses, and related services.

By registering, purchasing, signing, or participating in any of our services, you (“Client”, “Student”, “Participant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with enrolment, payment, or access to our services.


Services Provided

Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. provides online education and professional training programs related to freight dispatching, transportation management, logistics, trucking operations, and related business development topics.

Services may include:

  • Live or recorded online sessions and webinars
  • Pre-recorded course materials
  • Downloadable resources and study material
  • One-on-one doubt sessions
  • Certification or completion acknowledgments
  • Sample resumes and notes
  • Educational software, tools, templates, and training resources

All content is provided strictly for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, employment, immigration, or business advice.


Eligibility

To enrol in our services, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old or have legal guardian consent
  • Have access to a stable internet connection and suitable device for online learning
  • Provide accurate registration and payment information
  • Agree to follow all course, platform, and conduct rules

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before access to the services is granted, unless otherwise stated in a written payment plan agreement.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

We accept payments through secure online methods, including credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other listed payment gateways.

If a payment plan is offered, the student must complete all payments as agreed. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.


Cancellations by Triton Dispatch Academy Inc.

Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course, session, webinar, or program due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, participants may be offered:

  • A transfer to another session or course date
  • A full or partial refund, where approved by management

Access and Course Materials

Access to online materials is granted only to the enrolled student.

Course materials, recordings, notes, templates, software access, presentations, and resources may not be shared, resold, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, copied, or transferred in any form without written permission from Triton Dispatch Academy Inc.

Unauthorized sharing or misuse of course content may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.


Intellectual Property

All content provided by Triton Dispatch Academy Inc., including but not limited to videos, text, presentations, notes, templates, logos, graphics, designs, course materials, and training resources, is the intellectual property of Triton Dispatch Academy Inc.

Students may use the materials only for personal educational purposes.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, publish, resell, or commercially use any materials without written permission from the Company.


Course Upgrades and Program Changes

Students may request upgrades to higher-level courses, mentorships, training packages, or additional services. All upgrade requests are subject to management approval, program availability, and payment of any applicable price difference.

Course downgrades are strictly prohibited.

Once enrolment is confirmed, a student may not transfer to a lower-tier course, lower-priced package, shortened program, or reduced service offering.

Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. reserves the right to approve or deny any requested course change at its sole discretion.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. maintains a strict no-refund policy.

By registering, making payment, signing this agreement, or accessing any course materials, the Student expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All payments made to Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. are final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • No refunds will be granted before or after course commencement.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial attendance.
  • No refunds will be granted for missed classes.
  • No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction.
  • No refunds will be provided due to personal, financial, medical, employment, immigration, or scheduling circumstances.
  • No refunds will be provided after access to recorded sessions, study materials, live classes, software, tools, templates, or any digital content.
  • After enrolment is confirmed, the course cannot be downgraded to any other course or lower-priced program.

Any amendments to course structure, duration, type, or package are subject to management approval.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, cancellation, or non-participation.


Limitation of Liability

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and agree that Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. does not guarantee income, employment, job placement, business success, client acquisition, or financial results after course completion.

We may provide job assistance, guidance, resume support, or learning resources, but no guaranteed employment, prioritizing, bribing, or unfair advantage will be provided or tolerated.

Students are responsible for applying the knowledge gained responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.

Information such as name, email address, phone number, billing details, and payment-related information is used for course delivery, communication, payment processing, support, and administrative purposes.


Code of Conduct

Students agree to maintain professionalism, respect, and appropriate behavior in all interactions, including live sessions, online classes, chats, emails, support calls, and community spaces.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, disruptive behavior, sharing private course links, or misuse of learning resources may result in removal from the program without refund.


Educational License Notice

Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. may provide access to software, platforms, dispatching systems, transportation management systems, load boards, CRM platforms, AI tools, templates, and other educational resources as part of its training programs.

All software, tools, and resources are provided solely for educational and training purposes related to the North American transportation, freight dispatching, trucking, logistics, and supply chain industries.

No ownership rights, commercial licenses, transferable rights, or business-use rights are granted.

Students may not share, distribute, resell, transfer, copy, misuse, or use any software, platform access, or educational resource for unauthorized commercial purposes.


Credit Card Authorization

By submitting your payment information and completing a purchase through our website, authorized payment portal, or payment link, you authorize Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. to charge your credit card, debit card, or other chosen payment method for the total amount of the selected program, course, or service.

This authorization includes any applicable taxes and fees displayed at checkout.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Payments are handled securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent providers.
  • Your card information is not stored directly by Triton Dispatch Academy Inc.
  • Payment information is encrypted and managed by the payment processor.

If your payment fails, you remain responsible for all outstanding amounts and agree to promptly update your payment method or settle the amount due.


Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. maintains strict security measures to detect and prevent payment fraud.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are the authorized cardholder, or you have obtained legal permission from the cardholder to use the card.
  • All billing information provided is truthful, complete, and accurate.

In cases of suspected or confirmed fraud:

  • We reserve the right to immediately suspend access to all services pending investigation.
  • We may request additional identity verification or proof of authorization.
  • Evidence of fraudulent transactions may be reported to law enforcement, payment processors, and card networks.
  • Chargebacks initiated without valid grounds may result in permanent account suspension and potential collection or legal action to recover losses.

All fraudulent payment attempts, including use of stolen cards, false identities, or unauthorized payment methods, are strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.


Changes to Terms and Services

Triton Dispatch Academy Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time.

Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.


Acceptance of Terms and Binding Agreement

By completing registration, making payment, accessing course materials, or signing this agreement electronically or in writing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all policies and terms contained in this document, including but not limited to:

  • The Terms and Conditions of Service
  • The Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • The Privacy Policy
  • The Credit Card Authorization Policy
  • The Fraudulent Transaction Policy

You further acknowledge that:

  • Your act of signing, submitting registration, or completing payment constitutes your legal signature and agreement.
  • You have had the opportunity to review these policies before purchase or enrolment.
  • You are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full capacity to do so on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

Once accepted, these Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Triton Dispatch Academy Inc.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with enrolment or payment.
